Course Overview
Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is the first full-fledged reference guide on Objectives and Key Results, a critical thinking framework designed to help organizations create value through focus, alignment, and better communication. OKRs help employees work together, focus effort, and drive the organization forward.
The Advanced Objectives and Key Results™ (aOKRs™) covers a wide range of topics of concern for developing OKRs that can change behaviors and deliver a broad range of improved business results. The seven standalone modules allow learners to focus on all areas of performance management by OKRs most important.

Course Learning Outcomes
The goal of this Advanced Objectives and Key Results™ (aOKRs™) is to provide tensive theories and best practices on the OKRs in strategic performance management for all levels of organizations to boost the peak performance for sustainable development and growth. You’ll learn how OKRs came to be and how leading companies use them every day to help teams and employees stretch their thinking about what’s possible, build their goal-setting muscles and achieve results that reflect their full potential. From the basic framework to a detailed dissection of best practices, this informative guide walks you through real-world implementations to help you get the most out of OKRs.
- Understand the basics of OKRs and their day-to-day use e.g. designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining your OKRs program for sustainable company-wide success.

This course is designed for both self-study, blended learning, and classroom teaching to help HR professionals or a student of human resources management improve professional communication skills in real-world human resources management. Learners must complete at least 80% and pass all the course assignments and final exams to get a Verified Course Certificate from the ESI Institute.
Each ESI Certification Program has its own requirements. To successfully learn and take this course, the participant should have at least two to four years of work experience in human resources management. This course is also recommended for a senior student who has been learning human resources management as a mainstream subject in their university.

English Proficiency
Because ESI Certification Programs are designed to encourage individual growth globally and foster productive interaction among participants, groups and within your organization, English proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. However, please note that the participants who have challenges in English skills will be offered relevant language assistance from ESI Institute (Our Admissions Committee may also request an interview).
Letter of Reference
This ESI course also requires a letter of reference from a lecturer or a senior executive within the applicant’s organization, a board member of the applicant’s company, or an ESI Institute graduate who is familiar with the applicant’s role and responsibilities and can provide a detailed firsthand account.
